How do I return my items?

Returns are easy, and they’re always free. As long as your items are within our 30-day return window, in new condition, and do not include personalization, you may send the items back for a refund. To create a return, please visit our “Returns” page ( to create a and print a return shipping label.

To insure your return is processed correctly and fully, please send the item(s) back in the original packaging, unused, unwashed, and with tags attached, and include your order number in the return package.

Please note that, depending on your credit card company, it may take 2-10 business days for your refund to post to your account.

Note: Returns are processed at our receiving facility every Friday. If you are waiting for a return, it is most likely because the receiving team hasn't yet processed your return.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. 


Where can I find my Scrub#?

Your Scrub Number, or your Order ID, is provided to you on the confirmation page at checkout. It is also sent to you in an order confirmation email once your order is placed. This number should begin with the word SCRUB and be followed by a 5 digit number (i.e. SCRUB12345). You’ll need this number in order to complete a return.


When will I receive my refund?

Once your order is received and inspected by our returns department, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be issued your original method of payment. This process typically takes between 5 and 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your refund has been issued.

Please note that, depending on your credit card company, it may take 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.


How do I exchange my items?

In order to get the correct product to you in the shortest amount of time, we process exchanges just like we do returns. As soon as we receive your returned items, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment. In the meantime, feel free to place a new order on our website for the correct items.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal.


Does Scrub Shopper charge sales tax?

As required by law, orders shipped to the state of Arkansas are subject to a 9.25% sales tax. If your order is being shipped to any state other than Arkansas, there is no sales tax.


How do I use a gift card, promo code, or coupon code?

While in the shopping cart page, click the “Have a Gift Card or Coupon Code?” button, and enter your code. The discount or gift card amount should be applied then.


Is shopping at secure?

Scrub Shopper takes every precaution to protect your user information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. When you enter sensitive information (such as a credit card number) on our registration or order forms, that information is encrypted and is protected with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology.



How do I check my order status?

How do I cancel my order?

As soon as you realize you need to cancel your order, please email to be sure we are able to cancel the shipment. Typically, we are able to cancel orders within 6-12 hours of the order being placed. However, this is not always the case as some supplies ship same-day. 


Does Scrub Shopper have a catalog?

We do not publish a printed catalog. Instead, our website serves as a living catalog, which allows for more product detail and availability information.


Can I order by email?

Sure! We are happy to place an order for you. Please send an email to and we will send you a form to complete with the product information. We will create a draft invoice that will be emailed to you. Once you've verified the order is correct you can pay straight on the website. 



How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Once you place an order online, you will receive your package within 5 - 10 business days. If your order includes embroidery, your package will need to make a quick stop at our embroidery warehouse, adding an extra 2 weeks to the processing time.


How are orders shipped?

Most of our orders are drop-shipped straight from the manufacturer. This allows us to expand our catalog and give you more options to choose from.

Standard shipping is $10.49. For orders over $100 (after any discounts have been applied), we’ll ship it to you for free!


I only received part of my order. Where is the rest of it?

At Scrub Shopper, we drop ship all orders directly from the manufacturers. This means that if you ordered items made by multiple manufacturers (i.e. Cherokee, Landau, or Jockey), your items will arrive in multiple shipments. Shipments may arrive at different times, since they are traveling from different locations, so please look out for multiple tracking numbers if you’ve ordered items from more than one manufacturer.


Does Scrub Shopper ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship internationally at this time.


Does Scrub Shopper ship to Alaska or Hawaii?

We are able to ship to Alaska and Hawaii, however there is a surcharge of $15 in addition to the shipping cost. Free shipping for orders over $100 only applies to orders shipping within the contiguous United States.


 Does my order have a tracking number? 

A tracking number will be sent to you via email when your package has shipped. If you ordered items from multiple manufacturers, you may receive multiple tracking numbers. 


How much does it cost to embroider an item?

Text: One line of text is $5 per top; a second line is an additional $3 per top.

Stock Logo- $8 per top.

Custom Logo- $8 per top plus a one-time digitizing fee starting at $50 and up (depends on the complexity of the logo).

Unless requested otherwise, all embroidery is on the left chest as worn. Alternative embroidery locations are available upon request.


What is a “complex” embroidery request?

We define this term as anything that our online form can't handle. This service usually involves adding a custom logo or doing embroidery for large group orders. For complex embroidery, please contact us at and we will be happy to help you.


When will I receive my personalized items?

Text embroidery requests usually add 1-2 weeks to your order. Complex embroidery requests can take longer. If you have any questions about embroidery, please contact us at 


Can I return or exchange embroidered items?

All embroidered sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
