  • To check the status of an order you have placed, please visit our Order Status page. You can either log in to your account or do a quick order status lookup using only your email address and billing zip code. If you are unsure why your order has not shipped, please see our FAQ page. If your question is not answered by viewing your order status online or reading our FAQ's please email us using the fields below. We answer email in the order it is received. Expect an email response within 24 business hours.
  • Returns are now processed online by visiting My Account. If you are interested in exchanging item(s) from your purchase, use the online returns form found on your account and include your Picking Ticket indicating the new item you would like in exchange. Please keep in mind, it will take up to 7 days to process a refund or exchange. You will not receive an email until the refund has been issued or exchange order placed. A notification email will be sent at that time.
